Within 14 days of receipt of order, you may request the refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a re-sellable condition. Online Store cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or products opened. In the case of a product broken during transportation, please send a photo proof to firstname.lastname@example.org.
BOCCARO.COM RETURN PROCEDURE
If you were to be unsatisfied with your purchase, please follow the procedure below.
1. Within 14 days of receipt of order, email email@example.com with your request. Once you receive the email from customer service, please do as follow.
2. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.
3. Print and fill out Return Form and include it inside the box.
4. Close the box and tape it securely and return to the following address.
It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Care.

Once the product has been received and assessed, BOCCAROLAB.COM will process the exchange, refund or store credit. The customer will receive an email with information about successful order refund.
Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process after we have received the returned product. PayPal refunds usually take 1-2 business days. In most cases however it usually takes 2-5 days for us to get the item back and then another 2 days to process the refund with your chosen payment method.
PayPal transactions will be refunded to the original PayPal transaction ID.
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.
